The receptionists and Billing personnel are so friendly and helpful. The lady who took my xrays was the same. Dr Bessette did a fantastic job performing a total knee replacement. Christine, the PA was excelent. I never feel rushed by Dr. Bessette or his team. It is always a great experience. I don't have to worry about anything. Thanks!

I highly recommend Rochester Community Orthopaedics. I have been a patient of Dr. Rashid for a number of years, and she's wonderful. Recently, I saw Kurt, a PA, for the first time. He was knowledgeable, personable, thorough, and answered all of my questions. Whether it's an appointment with the doctor, the PA, or interactions with the rest of the staff, it has always been a positive experience for me.

The whole practice is just great. I had Dr. Rashid for my hip replacement and that was a wonderful recovery. I had Dr. Carrier for a rotator cuff rupture and that too was great. I recommend this practice to anybody who is looking for great doctors to do a great job. Not leaving out the staff, they are all very nice and do their jobs well. I thank all of you

David Carrier did both of my wife's hips. She was once wheelchair bound, now she is doing 10 mile walks and 2 hour elliptical machine. All documented on her fitbit. Thank you Sir, me and my wife thank you. You are truly the best I've seen

Dr. Rashid is an awesome orthopedic surgeon based on my experience of having an elbow tendon repair and a total knee replacement. She thoroughly explains treatment options, takes time during appointments to listen to you, and demonstrates concern and compassion. I have recommended her to my friends and trust her as my doctor.

Dr. Bessette is so kind and easygoing. Never pressured me in to doing anything. I was having groin pain and his office took me on the day I called. I was terrified to have surgery. He took the time to relax me and talk to me in pre op, and once I was in the or I didn’t even know I was going under. They did it so fast. When I woke up in recovery he was there in 10 minutes asking me how I was feeling! His office staff are extremely organized! I was worried about a paper I needed for work. When I went in on Monday they had everything signed and ready for me. I hadn’t asked for them to do that! Dr. Bessette happened to be signing papers and he stopped to talk to me and ask me how I was doing! Very professional and very kind! I highly recommend!

Recently had my second major knee surgery with Dr. Bessette and could not be more impressed with his knowledge, genuine patient care and humanity. I would recommend Dr. Bessette to anyone who needs knee surgery without a second thought. You feel as if you are his only patient and he never makes you feel rushed or as if your concerns are not valid. I had ACL reconstruction one week ago along with additional arthroscopic work. Besides normal discomforts I have been without any significant pain. Dr Bessette is a true medical professional who puts patients' concerns first.

Thoroughly explained my injury and what was needed to repair my knee. He is kind and never rushes through the appointments. My knee is fully healed and repaired.

I transferred to Dr. Bessette when my previous ortho doc retired. Wish I had done this earlier. Such a wonderful experience from check in to check out. Dr. Bessette was caring and really listed to me. It was wonderful to not be rushed and talk with someone who truly cares about his patients.
